About Rebecca

Rebecca Domovitch was born in Toronto and relocated to Victoria, BC with her family during elementary school. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University and completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa in 2016, where she particularly valued her time at the university's Community Legal Clinic representing clients on low-level criminal and quasi-criminal charges. After articling in Campbell River with a senior lawyer specializing in Aboriginal Law, she was called to the British Columbia bar in May 2017 and joined a full-service Campbell River firm before joining Swift Datoo in 2023. She is a solicitor practicing primarily in estate and incapacity planning, estate administration, real estate, and corporate law.
