About Jennifer

Jennifer Ferrie grew up in north-eastern BC before her family moved to the Comox Valley, where she attended high school. She earned an undergraduate degree in Criminology with a minor in Psychology from Simon Fraser University, then completed law school at the University of Saskatchewan, earning her LLB in 2002. She spent the following two decades in Scotland, over a decade of it working as a paralegal, first on a banking litigation team and later in commercial real estate. In 2023 she relocated to the Comox Valley and joined Swift Datoo as a legal assistant, and after completing her articles there, she was called to the British Columbia bar in September 2025. She now practices as a solicitor in real estate, corporate law, and wills and estates.
