Sebastian Beck-Watt is a partner, lawyer, and licensed trademark agent at PCK IP, guiding clients through brand protection issues in Canada and abroad. He works with companies of various sizes across sectors such as consumer goods, digital platforms, hospitality, and advertising, and has appeared before the Trademarks Opposition Board and the Federal Court of Canada. His practice spans trademark strategy, prosecution, opposition and cancellation proceedings, copyright, advertising compliance, licensing, and domain name disputes. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2018 and became a licensed Canadian trademark agent in 2021. He holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and a BA (Honours) in History from the University of Ottawa, and has co-authored publications with LexisNexis Canada and other legal publishers.
