About Corey

Corey McClary is counsel at Lenczner Slaght whose work centers on intellectual property law, particularly pharmaceutical patent litigation. He advises clients on disputes under the Patented Medicines Notice of Compliance Regulations, along with patent infringement and impeachment actions and judicial review proceedings. Before turning to law, Corey completed a Ph.D. in organic chemistry, researching methods for functionalizing carbohydrates. He earned his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2016 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017. He previously practiced at another firm's intellectual property litigation group before joining Lenczner Slaght.
