About Scott

Scott Robinson joined the firm in 2020 after practising class actions, commercial litigation, and international arbitration at a large international firm and at a boutique class action firm in Toronto. While in law school he served as the UN Advocacy Intern for Human Rights Watch in New York, a judicial law clerk for the UN International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, and a clerk for the Superior Court of California, and he later articled as a judicial law clerk for the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Divisional Court. He has appeared before courts in Ontario, Manitoba, the Federal Courts, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School (2018), a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario (2013), and a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Windsor (2008).
