About Joshua

Joshua Cheifetz practises corporate and commercial law from the firm's Windsor office, advising clients on incorporation, professional corporations, partnerships, the purchase and sale of businesses, shareholder agreements, business reorganizations, insolvency matters, and tax matters. He holds a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy and an LL.B. from the University of Windsor, both earned in 2012, along with a BESc in Integrated Engineering and an HBA from the Ivey School of Business, both from the University of Western Ontario in 2008.
