About Hillery
Hillery Guttman joined Hogarth Hermiston Severs LLP in 2005 and became a partner in 2013. He focuses primarily on representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls, and denial of disability benefits, and also practises real estate, corporate, and estates law. He has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Social Security Tribunal. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University's Sir John Molson School of Business (2001) and an LLB from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law (2004), and was called to the bar in 2005.
