About Heather
Heather Rumble Peterson practises class actions from the firm's Windsor office, with experience in price-fixing, mass torts, product liability, negligence, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation. For more than two decades she has supervised the claims process for the Hepatitis C Class Action Settlement, which has distributed more than $1 billion to over 14,000 infected Canadians and their families. The Ontario Court has also appointed her to administer settlement distributions in other class actions. She earned her LL.B. from the University of Windsor (1980 to 1983) and her B.A., also from the University of Windsor (1977 to 1979), and attended McMaster Divinity College from 1979 to 1980.
