About Sarah
Sarah Gross has nearly 20 years of experience in entertainment law, with a background in scripted and unscripted film and television across both live action and animation, along with digital-first production, gaming, social media marketing, and privacy compliance. She most recently served as Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at WildBrain, where she oversaw global digital media operations including YouTube networks, licensing, and direct-to-consumer sales. Before that, she was a partner at Duncan Morin LLP, advising producers and broadcasters on production financing, distribution, and merchandising, and structuring domestic and international co-productions. She began her career at CBC Television within the News, Factual Entertainment, and Documentaries division, and earlier practised corporate/commercial and securities law at McMillan LLP. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004 and holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a B.A. from Queen's University.
