About Jennifer
Jennifer Humphrey is an associate in Osler's Emerging and High Growth Companies Group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, continuous disclosure, equity and debt financings, and general corporate and securities matters for a wide range of clients. Before joining Osler, she worked as a corporate securities associate at a Bay Street firm. Jennifer holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa and a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario, and she mentors first-year law students at Ryerson University.
