About Tara
Tara A. Mackay is a partner at Torys who brings experience across both Canada and the U.S. to large infrastructure work, including public-private partnership projects. Her client base spans developers, investors, lenders, underwriters, government authorities, and contractors. She advises on all stages of major infrastructure projects, from planning through implementation. Tara has held a Fellowship with the American College of Investment Counsel since 2015.
