About Samantha

Samantha practises municipal planning, development, construction law, and commercial litigation, representing clients in land use matters before municipalities, appeal boards, and courts. Her experience includes restrictive covenants, judicial review, and expropriation matters, along with construction disputes involving deficiencies, delays, and lien claims, and employment matters. She received Chambers Canada's 2025 "Associate to Watch" designation and Best Lawyers' 2025 "One to Watch" recognition.
