About Carter

Carter joined Rose LLP as a summer law student in 2022. During law school he earned Dean's List honours, served as President of the Business Law Association, and was Co-Editor in Chief of the Alberta Law Review at the University of Calgary. He worked as a research assistant at the Canadian Institute of Resources Law and gained in-house experience at a pipeline company's legal department, and co-authored a 2021 article on unconscionability published by Ivey Publishing. Before university he played major junior hockey for the Portland Winterhawks.
