About Catriona
Catriona practises construction law and complex commercial dispute resolution, representing clients across Canada in cost overrun, deficiency, delay, and builders' lien disputes. Her litigation work also covers commercial disputes generally, with particular experience in document-intensive cases and e-discovery. She has appeared before all levels of Alberta court and in arbitration proceedings, and is known for identifying cost-effective ways to resolve disputes short of full litigation.
