About Chase
Chase practises construction litigation and commercial litigation, regularly advising clients in complex litigation and arbitration matters. He has experience with construction disputes involving owners, contractors, and suppliers across the power generation, pipeline, refining, and mining sectors, covering performance claims, delays, deficiencies, change claims, and lien matters. His commercial litigation work also covers contractual disputes, shareholder conflicts, partnership issues, and debt recovery, and he was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2018 before being called in Alberta in 2021.
