About Sabrina

Sabrina Sukhdeo represents trade unions across the public sector, advising on a broad range of workplace issues and advocating on their behalf before grievance arbitrators, the courts, and tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal and the Labour Relations Board. Her earlier work as a crisis worker and community advocate at a sexual assault centre informs her trauma-informed approach to legal practice, combining compassion for clients with firm advocacy for accountability. While completing her law degree at the University of Toronto, she worked as a caseworker at Downtown Legal Services, helping low-wage and student workers challenge wage theft, unsafe conditions, and workplace discrimination. She also volunteered at the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic, contributing to the creation of an online resource for people facing gender-based harassment at work.
