About Ryan
Ryan Nielsen's practice covers all aspects of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and financing of commercial real estate across office, industrial, mixed-use, hotel, multi-family, self-storage, seniors housing and retail asset classes. Nielsen advises a broad range of domestic and cross-border clients, including real estate investment trusts, pension funds, private equity firms, developers, financial institutions, and asset and property managers. Ryan also regularly advises on real property matters arising in corporate acquisitions and dispositions, reorganizations, equity offerings, mortgage enforcement and insolvency matters. Nielsen holds an LL.B. and a B.A. (Hons.), with distinction, from the University of Western Ontario.
