About Machelle

Machelle Luiters has practiced law locally and internationally for over 20 years and handles all aspects of family law at West Legal, including contested and uncontested divorces and separations, parenting, child support, property division, and spousal support. Her practice also covers child welfare, guardianship, adoptions, cohabitation and separation agreements, and emergency protection orders, and she has extensive experience in the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench, and mediation and arbitration. She believes everyone should have access to legal representation and takes on Legal Aid clients.
