About Ron
Ron Davidson joined the firm as a personal injury lawyer in December 2023, bringing more than 35 years of litigation experience. His practice covers motor vehicle accident claims, institutional abuse claims including sexual assaults, slip and fall claims, assault claims including assault by police, and negligence claims involving waivers. He graduated from Queen's Law School in 1982, then spent 27 years as a Crown prosecutor, including work on murder and sexual assault cases, followed by more than a decade as a civil litigator. For the past seven years he has acted exclusively for plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Ron has presented at continuing legal education seminars on witness examination and remote hearing advocacy. He represented Canada in hockey at the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid.
