Michael B. McWilliams leads the firm's Commercial and Construction Litigation Group, practising across all Ontario court levels on creditor remedies, shareholder disputes, commercial tenancies, mortgage enforcement and construction disputes. He holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business.
