About Romain

Romain Viel is a bilingual litigation lawyer focusing on commercial and corporate disputes, shareholder disputes, property disputes, tax litigation, professional negligence, and insolvency matters. He has appeared before all levels of court in New Brunswick and the Energy and Utilities Board, and was part of a team that succeeded at the Supreme Court of Canada. Romain earned his J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2012 and sits on the Board of Governors of the New Brunswick Sports Hall of Fame.
