About Kevin

Kevin J. Kiley, KC, serves as Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of McInnes Cooper, leading a team of more than 500 people across the firm's seven Atlantic Canada offices. His own practice focuses on commercial disputes, and he acts for financial institutions on enforcement and insolvency matters, advises investment dealers and advisors on regulatory and securities issues, and represents owners, construction managers, contractors, and subcontractors in construction disputes. Kevin has been recognized repeatedly as one of Atlantic Business Magazine's Top 50 CEOs and was named Managing Partner of the Year at the 2024 Canadian Law Awards. He has held executive roles with the Canadian Bar Association at both the provincial and national level. Kevin holds an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick (1993) and a B.A. from St. Thomas University (1990), and is admitted to the bar in New Brunswick (1994), Prince Edward Island (1995), and Newfoundland and Labrador (2013).
