Rodney Zdebiak is a Partner called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 1993. He acts for insurers, institutional clients, and families, including school boards on education and employment matters, insurers in personal injury and property damage claims, and health authorities on issues of mental competency. Zdebiak holds an LLB from Dalhousie University and a BA from the University of Manitoba. He has served as President and Vice-President of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador and chairs the Legal Aid Newfoundland and Labrador Appeal Board, and was named King's Counsel in 2023.
