About Chera-Lee

Chera-Lee is a litigation lawyer based in Charlottetown with a diverse practice spanning immigration, administrative, regulatory and health law. She regularly appears before the courts of Prince Edward Island, the Federal Court of Canada, the Immigration Appeal Division and the Immigration Division, and specializes in immigration litigation, representing clients seeking judicial review or appealing decisions that negatively affect their status. Her energy, natural resources and environmental law work brings her before the Island Regulatory and Appeal Commission, and she regularly appears before the Criminal Code Review Board. Chera-Lee earned her J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, a master's degree in International Law and Human Rights from Universidad para la Paz, and a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Prince Edward Island.
