About Matthew
Matthew Peyton is a partner in Cox & Palmer's St. John's office, practising in tax, corporate, and commercial law. Originally from St. Lunaire-Griquet, Newfoundland and Labrador, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus in accounting from Memorial University. His practice covers mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and succession planning, and he also handles the resolution of tax disputes. He is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and has completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course.
