About Duncan

Duncan's interests at O'Dea Earle include personal injury, labour and employment law, civil litigation, criminal law, and wills and estates. He draws on an entrepreneurial background to craft solutions tailored to each client's needs. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Memorial University and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick, where he won the Canadian National Negotiation Competition's Process Management Award and the William Henry Harrison Moot Court Prize. He was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2024 and sits on the executive committee of the St. John's Touch Football League.
