About Alanna

Alanna Waberski is a partner in Stewart McKelvey's Saint John office whose practice focuses on corporate, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring associated with bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, including representation of clients in both traditional and renewable energy sectors. She has assisted lenders in effecting the realization of security and restructuring credit arrangements with insolvent debtors, and has represented franchisors and franchisees, mining project owners, and wind farm developers throughout New Brunswick. Her work has also included acting on the initial project financing and later restructuring of Stoneway Capital Corporation's gas-powered electric generation plants in Argentina. She earned her LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 2007 and a B.A. from the University of Alberta in 2003, and holds a Certificate in Mining Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. She was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2008.
