About Robert

Robert Martini practices tax law focused on entrepreneurial business owners, corporate reorganizations, trusts, and estate planning, along with cross-border taxation, real estate taxation, business sales and purchases, dispute resolution, and voluntary disclosures. His work also covers transactions for small and medium-sized businesses, including financing and tax planning. Before joining Wilson Vukelich, he spent twelve years as a tax partner on Bay Street and earlier served as a tax manager in the international tax group of a major public accounting firm. He belongs to the Canadian Tax Foundation and has written articles and spoken at conferences on tax issues affecting owner-managed businesses and estate planning. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993.
