Tony Potestio founded Potestio Law and has practised for more than 35 years, primarily in personal injury law, with additional work in commercial litigation, family law, and estate law. Fluent in English and Italian, he has represented clients throughout Ontario, particularly in Thunder Bay, Vaughan, and Toronto. His case history includes a landmark 1996 trial that set a precedent in Ontario personal injury law, along with multiple appearances before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. As Managing Partner, he oversees the firm's team of lawyers while continuing to represent clients in complex legal matters.
