About Hana
Hana Tariq is counsel with experience appearing before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Divisional Court, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Land Tribunal, as well as representing clients in mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Her litigation work spans civil and commercial disputes generally, with particular emphasis on expropriation matters, estates litigation, construction liens, and business and contract disagreements. She acts for individuals and businesses ranging from family-owned companies to mid-sized corporations, bringing a cost-effective and client-focused approach to each file. Hana has served as a member of the University of Toronto Mississauga Campus Council since 2022 and mentors students through the university's alumni mentorship program.
