About Georgea
Georgea S. Wolfe practises with KPK Law LLP in Markham, handling business transactions across corporate matters, real estate, estate planning and mortgage lending. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985 after earning her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.A. from York University. She spent many years on the executive of the Real Property Law Section at the OBA, contributing articles, lectures and continuing education programs for lawyers practising in real estate. She has acted as lead counsel on numerous mergers and acquisitions, both locally and nationally, and Lexpert has repeatedly recognized her as a skilled transactions lawyer. Much of her corporate work involves reorganizations driven by tax and estate planning, and accountants often bring her in as counsel on these files. She also advises commercial mortgage lenders and has extensive experience serving as counsel to estate trustees for major Canadian banks.
