About Robert
Robert MacGregor is counsel in McInnes Cooper's Charlottetown office, where his practice focuses on corporate and business law, including mergers and acquisitions, business start-ups, secured financing, real estate transactions, and corporate and tax restructuring. He has represented clients in bank financing, real estate transactions, GST and HST matters, and business purchases, sales, and reorganizations. Rob is a sessional lecturer at the University of Prince Edward Island, teaching business law, and is a past president and current member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island, as well as a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Tax Foundation. He holds a BBA and a Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Prince Edward Island, an MBA from Saint Mary's University, and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University, and was called to the Prince Edward Island bar in 2001.
