About Robert

Robert G. Miller is a partner at Davies Howe LLP practicing land development, municipal law, and expropriation law across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton area. He acts for both public and private sector clients on land acquisition, planning, zoning, and expropriation matters, and regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal and municipal councils and committees. Before joining Davies Howe, he held the role of Assistant Town Solicitor at a GTA municipality and later served as senior planning counsel for a GTA regional municipality. He has also appeared before the Divisional Court, the Ontario Energy Board, and other tribunals, and is active on the Ontario Bar Association's Municipal Section executive committee. Bob was called to the Ontario bar during June 1989.
