About Alexia
Alexia practises in land use planning, land development, and municipal law. She advises clients on planning and development issues and appears for landowners, developers, and municipalities before the Ontario Land Tribunal, municipal councils, and committees of adjustment, while also advising municipalities on governance, ethics, and integrity commissioner proceedings. She joined Davies Howe LLP as an articling student, where she worked on official plan and zoning by-law amendments, plans of subdivision, site plan approvals, and related appeals. Alexia earned her law degree from the University of Birmingham and completed a Global Professional Master of Laws at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and she was called to the Ontario Bar in October 2025.
