David S. Cherepacha is Counsel to Davies Howe LLP, practising commercial litigation with particular strength in insurance defence and coverage disputes. His work touches on contract and commercial disagreements, employment and human rights matters, real estate, and land use litigation, and he has handled coverage issues involving life, disability, travel and health insurance, property and general liability policies, directors' and officers' coverage, fidelity bonds, professional liability products, and reinsurance disputes. He has appeared at every level of the Ontario courts and before the Federal Court of Canada, and has represented clients before human rights and employment tribunals as well as commercial arbitration panels. David writes regularly for industry publications and is a frequent speaker at the CLHIA's annual legal conference. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto in 1990 and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 1992.
