About Robert
Robert Harason is counsel at Beard Winter LLP, where his litigation practice has centered on construction matters since he was called to the bar in 1980. He has significant experience before both trial and appellate courts, acting for clients across a range of industries, and he's a Qualified Arbitrator with the ADR Institute of Canada. Robert has published articles and spoken on topics including construction law, commercial law, bankruptcy and insolvency law, and environmental law, and he has taught Debtor and Creditor law while also lecturing on Construction Lien law as part of Ontario's bar admission training. He earned his law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1979, after studying engineering science at the University of Toronto.
