She has represented developers, project owners, public bodies, and construction professionals in matters spanning residential and commercial property development, financing disputes, professional liability, and P3 infrastructure litigation, and she regularly acts for condominium corporations in construction, oppression, and human rights disputes. Her broader commercial docket includes contract and shareholder disputes, real estate litigation, and insolvency proceedings, including acting as Canadian counsel to court-appointed monitors and trustees in several CCAA and bankruptcy matters. Rachel has spoken on construction law topics at Osgoode Law School and REALPAC. She earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2016 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017.
