About David
David Garner is a Partner whose work spans business disputes, construction and engineering, environmental, health, insolvency and restructuring, insurance and maritime matters. He recently finished a term of about six and a half years as the firm's Managing Partner. His litigation practice puts significant weight on alternative dispute resolution, including negotiating settlements and drafting releases, standstill agreements and tolling agreements. He has acted for a wide variety of clients in commercial, professional and insurance related disputes before courts at every level in British Columbia, as well as in Yukon and Alberta.
