About Neeta
Neeta Sandhu is a partner at Pallett Valo whose practice centres on infrastructure and construction law. She represents contractors, suppliers, owners, and mortgagees in the construction industry, handling lien preservation and enforcement, breach of trust claims, and disputes over deficiencies, delay, and termination. Neeta appears regularly before the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal, and also assists with construction adjudication, mediation, and arbitration. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2016, was appointed partner at the firm in January 2025, and speaks Punjabi and Hindi in addition to English.
