Kiran Patel is a partner in Toronto with a broad commercial litigation practice focused on arbitration, restructuring and construction disputes. He has been involved in litigation relating to major construction projects, technology disputes, shareholder disputes and securities class actions and has represented clients before all levels of courts including the Supreme Court of Canada. Patel previously worked as a management consultant at a global consulting firm.
