About Rob
Rob Wildeboer was a founding partner of the firm and now serves as counsel to its lawyers. Wildeboer has worked on a broad set of securities-related deals, including financings — both public and private — for startups as well as more established companies, along with mergers and acquisitions, takeover bids, proxy contests, and derivative products transactions, with particular attention to knowledge-based businesses, underwriters, and entrepreneurs. Wildeboer has written various articles and papers covering corporate law, securities, and derivative products matters, in addition to organizing and speaking at a number of industry conferences; for five years, Wildeboer served as an associate professor teaching corporate law and the LL.B./M.B.A. seminar at Osgoode Hall Law School. LEXPERT has named Wildeboer among Canada's top corporate finance and securities lawyers, and Wildeboer also sits on the boards of a number of public and private businesses, serving in particular as Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Martinrea International Inc.
