Chuck Higgins focuses on the mining and energy sectors, advising national investment dealers and international mining and energy companies on joint ventures, acquisitions, and capital and debt transactions. He is the editor of and a contributor to The Canadian Law of Mining and previously worked as a Senior Economist for the federal Department of Energy, Mines and Resources. He is a past chair of the Natural Resources and Energy Section of the Canadian Bar Association.
