About Rob

Rob Levesque has focused exclusively on estates, trusts, and capacity litigation since he joined Schnurr Kirsh Oelbaum Tator LLP back in 2010. He works to find efficient, cost-effective solutions for clients, whether through negotiation or litigation, and keeps clients informed at each stage of their file. He holds a law degree from the University of Western Ontario along with a master's degree in philosophy from the University of Waterloo. He was recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in Canada for 2025-2026 in the area of estates and trusts.
