About Ioulia

Ioulia Vinogradova is a partner at Hummingbird Lawyers LLP, having joined the firm's Wills & Estates team as an associate in 2019. Her practice is dedicated to estate, wills, and capacity law, covering estate administration, power of attorney and guardianship disputes, will challenges, probate, and dependant support claims, as well as estate planning and drafting of trusts and wills. She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Divisional Court. With prior experience in real estate, family law, and civil litigation, she takes a practical approach aimed at catching problems early. She is fluent in Russian and can consult clients in that language. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2010 and holds degrees from the University of Ottawa Law School and York University.
