About Richard

Richard Yaffe, K.C., is a business law partner focusing on securities law and Manitoba limited partnership law, with a corporate and commercial transactional practice emphasizing the strategic use of Manitoba limited partnerships in transactions and financings. He has built a national and international reputation assisting clients with structuring Manitoba limited partnerships for international private equity and investment funds, and regularly acts as Manitoba and Saskatchewan agency counsel in multi-jurisdictional securities offerings. Richard is a public member and Manitoba District Chair of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization, where he chairs disciplinary hearings.
