About Keith

Keith is a partner in the commercial law and banking and financial services groups, acting for banks, credit unions, private lenders and commercial borrowers in syndicated and bilateral financings, facility provisions and intercreditor agreements. He has particular experience with foreclosures and debt enforcement for institutional lenders, and also maintains a corporate law practice covering asset and share acquisitions, sales and leasing, and corporate reorganizations.
