About Bradley
Bradley Madison practices mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions, and the structuring and governance of private businesses, advising clients on organizing business relationships, commercial contracts, and the purchase and sale of businesses. Bradley acts for businesses at every stage, from start-ups to mature multi-jurisdictional operations, and has assisted families with inter-generational transfers of family-owned businesses in Manitoba across sectors including technology, manufacturing, agriculture, transportation, and professional practices. Bradley also advises non-profit organizations on governance, constitutions, bylaws, and charitable registration. Before law school, Bradley worked as a mechanical engineer, earning a professional engineering designation that Bradley has since retired from to focus on law. Bradley was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2008, holding an LL.B. from the University of Manitoba (2007) and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University (1999).
