About Renee
Renee Sam is an associate with Osler's Financial Services Group in Calgary. She works with lenders and borrowers on a variety of matters, including commercial lending, corporate lending, and real estate financings. Before joining Osler, Renee practiced at another Canadian law firm. She also spent several years as a corporate banking analyst at an international bank, where she structured and managed both bilateral and syndicated loans for companies operating domestically and abroad. Renee holds a law degree from the University of Calgary and an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia.
