About Rebecca

Rebecca (Moskowitz) Wagner is a senior associate at Torys LLP whose practice covers competition law and foreign investment review. She advises domestic and international clients across industries on Competition Act compliance, including merger reviews, civil and criminal matters and Competition Bureau inquiries. Wagner also helps clients navigate reviews under the Investment Canada Act, including net benefit and national security assessments. Outside law, she spent six years as a professional beach volleyball player, representing Canada in more than 20 international tournaments while training for the Olympics. She also co-founded Dig Deep Inc., a company that campaigned for corporate sponsorship of professional athletes and grew into a corporate wellness events business.
