Micah has practised for over 20 years and is a senior partner in the firm's Competition, Antitrust and Foreign Investment group. He advises Canadian and multinational clients on all aspects of competition law, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and commercial practices. He also advises clients on all aspects of Canada's foreign direct investment regime, including acquisitions of control of Canadian businesses and national security review matters.
